We start with a sun dried fig base gently blended with tahini (also known as sesame seed butter) and pureed sun dried raisins.  To this  we add dry roasted pistachio nuts, ground cinnamon and cardamom, with a measure of pure honey to make a taste sensation that can only be described as decadent, no other word for it.
